Uploading a new translation received

If the translator has uploaded the translation directly into the system, you will receive an email asking you to edit this translation. Example:

Hello the translator Leo DE RIDDER just send the translation in NL for press file #18302,Low Global Warming Potential Refrigerant Strategy in Europe for Carrier Please you can edit it  https://www.mymepax.com/modules/pf/pf.php?pfid=18302&lang=nl&box=pressdoclang

By clicking on the link and you will access to the editor and be able to check and correct the layout. Please do not forget to check your file and click on update file.

If the translator sends you the translated file by email, please go to the press document of your press file and click on Create a press document by following these steps:

• Go to Main Menu
• Under the clipping task header select Press file status
• Then select your Customer by scrolling the drop-down box
• To open your press file find it in the list hold down the control button + click on the PFID number. You are now in the press file manager of the press release.
• Then click on Create a press document to upload your translation.
• You should follow the same process carried out to upload your master text.

• Another way to directly open a press file : In progress press files listing
• Go to Main Menu
• Under Press file task header select In progress press files listing
• Then enter the PFID number and by clicking on the magnifying glass you will access the affected journalist dashboard of the press file, directly.
