How to proceed to create your journalists listing?
To do this please go to Affected Journalists in your press event manager.
- Select choose a tasks and by scrolling in the drop-down box click on Affect journalists: several, using groups as shown below in blue.
- Then follow the usual proceedure to affect your required journalists. (see, how to send a PR section)

At this step, your affectation list is created and you can send it out by scrolling in the drop-down box choose a task and select, send event all x automatic multi-lang.e-mail below in blue.

Your meeting / press conference invitation are sent. The journalist is on W statut as we are waiting for an answer.
